The farmhouse's two main villas have been transformed into apartments that can host from 2 to 8 people in the main villa apartments and from 10 and 13 people in the higher villa, which is perfect for larger groups.

The farm is surrounded by olive groves, from which the farm's extra-virgin olive oil is produced. The private swimming pool sits within this context, making it the perfect location for a relaxing, original country holiday in Tuscany.

Serravalle Pistoiese: Location Details

The residence is only a few miles from Florence, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Lucca and Pisa. It is in the countryside but still close enough to the main roadway that connects Florence to Pisa making it easy to enjoy day trips to Tuscany's main historical centers.

Residence Le Coloniche - Services

The farm offers a private swimming pool and spacious well-equipped open areas where you'll find a barbecue pit, chairs and tables to enjoy the garden and outdoor dining. A children's playground is available for families, as well as mountains bikes for anyone wishing to explore the property and local area.

All of the apartments are equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and refrigerator, iron and ironing board, safe and independent heating, in addition to satellite TV and telephone with direct external line.

Le Coloniche is the perfect location for weddings, meetings and other customised events and you can request help in organizing your special event.

Upon request, Residence Le Coloniche will also organize buffet breakfasts during the high season, purchase and stock an apartment's kitchen with staples prior to arrival, provide chef service, organize cooking lessons, golf sessions and beauty treatments. The villa staff can also organize excursions and guided tours of Tuscany.

Guests can purchase the farm's products, including its extra-virgin organic olive oil plus jams and honey.

Nearby Activities

The local area offers a wealth of activities for guests to do, from visiting the historical centers of medieval villages to sports activities such as horseback riding, golf and tennis.

Montecatini Terme is famous for its spas and massages, sports centers, parks and shops and restaurants. In Pistoia you will find Pinocchio's Park, the Pistoia Zoo and the historical center with its churches, bell towers and fort as well as an outdoor market and many local products.

For those that enjoy being outdoors, the area can be explored on foot, bike or horse. From the hills of Montalbano to the mountains of the Abetone, there are many small mountain villages which conserve rural farming traditions and which can be explored anytime but particularly during summer and fall festivals.

Residence Le Coloniche - Rates and Conditions

Stays are organised as follows: during the high season, arrivals are on Saturday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and departures on the following Saturday within 10:00 a.m. In medium and low seasons, no minimum stay is required but arrivals are still from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and departures by 10:00 a.m.

Services included in rental cost: use of swimming-pool, private parking area, daily and night watch, mountain bikes.

Small pets are allowed upon request, but will incur an additional cost.
