Farmhouse Apartments in Mugello
Fattoria di Casole is located in the green hills of the Mugello valley near Florence. The villa and apartments of the farmhouse compound are surrounded by a large, well-cared for park. The six apartments have been accurately restored and furnished according to traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wood beam ceilings. All of the apartments also have a private garden.

Located on the southern slopes of the Apennines, the Casole Farmhouse property extends from an area at about 350 meters above sea level to arrive at about 600 meters above sea level in the higher areas of the property. This height difference provides an incredible panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The Casole Farmhouse spreads out over 230 hectares (568 acres) with cultivated fields of grain and wheat, oak chestnuts, grazing fields and woods.
Vicchio, Mugello: Location Details
The farmhouse is located in Vicchio, in the province of Florence and in the valley of the Mugello. This territory was particularly important for the Medici family which had several villas and palaces built in Mugello and which can still be admired today.
Fattoria di Casole - Services
Within the park there is a large swimming pool for guests of the farmhouse. The pool is generally open from the middle of April until the end of September.
The apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen television.
Nearby Activities
Guests staying at Fattoria di Casole can also take advantage of the various activities available in the area. The Bilancino Lake for example is a fine location for fishing and water sports such as windsurfing and sailing.
