Family Run Estate

The four completely restored Tuscan farmhouses have captured the essence of the territory where they are placed. The authentic flavours of the wine and olive oil - both enhanced by the decision to follow the regulations for organic farming in 1985 and the European standards in 1991 - are the driving force behind Tenuta San Vito. A family tradition since 1960, the vineyards and olive groves surround the B&B accommodations, the self catering holiday apartments and the vacation villa rental, assure both a stunning landscape as well as tranquility and silence.

There are two pools, each furnished with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and spectacular views. Though the family can boast of being one of the first agricultural holiday accommodations in the area, they have kept up with the times and each apartment has a safe, TV and fully equipped kitchen. All guests have access to the centrally located WiFi Hot spots. The rustic, yet practical decor was used to accent the old Tuscan farmhouses and their classical design.

The onsite restaurant offers a menu with typical Tuscan recipes, utilizing the fresh and genuine ingredients sourced locally. You can arrange for a price which includes breakfast or half board or you can opt to pay just for your accommodations and make use of the restaurant when you want to take a break and not cook. The grounds and the restaurant are ideal for organizing a destination wedding: the ceremony overlooking the estate vineyards, dinner at the restaurant and dancing poolside. The combination of rooms, apartments and a large villa provide many solutions for catering to the many needs of the guests.

Meet Neri Gazulli, the owner of Tenuta San Vito

The Tenuta San Vito is the property of Drighi Family. It was Roberto (the founder) who laid the groundwork by planting vineyards and olive groves in 1960. They built the wine cellar and the olive mill and began commercializing wine and olive oil. In the beginning of the ‘80’s, thanks to the determination of Laura Drighi, one of Roberto’s daughters, the company went towards an organic cultivation with an official certification in 1985, and the CEE regulations in 1991. In 1985, the family began the restructuring of the Tuscan farmhouses and began working with the agriturismo with rental apartments, holiday villa, swimming pool and restaurant. Tenuta San Vito offers a special opportunity to experience Tuscany through their activity of wine and olive oil production.

Neri Gazulli, Roberto Drighi’s nephew, has taken over the farming and organic production and is directly responsible for the company using his enthusiasm and skills to maintain the same high quality that has been passed down over the years.
