Set in a quiet little corner of Tuscany, not far from the exciting city of Florence or the amazing town of Arezzo, Borgo La Casa features two private vacation villa rentals which when combined will accommodate up to 10 persons. Perfectly restored, capturing the local color and hospitality of the area, Casa Giglio and Casa Girasole can be rented individually for up to 6 and 4 persons each or rented together for groups of up to 10 persons providing a space to vacation with the extra plus of privacy.

Comfort with Elegance Create an Inviting Atmosphere

Casa Giglio, with three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms, is suitable for families and friends of up to 6 persons. Set on two floors this villas has a private garden and terrace where one can appreciate the tranquil setting and lovely countryside. The ground floor has been restored to provide a lovely space with fireplace dedicated to relaxing and spending time together in good company. The kitchen is furnished with quality equipment including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and coffee maker.

The second floor features two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, each room promises lovely views and an elegant decor. The bedrooms are furnished with WiFi reception, private air conditioning, floor heating for the cooler months and private en suite bathrooms.

Casa Girasole, located practically next door to Casa Giglio, is a private villa for up to 4 persons. It is particularly well suited for families with small children since it is organized all on one floor with no stairs and has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds). Each bedroom has comfortable parquet wood flooring and includes a large private en suite bathroom with sink and WC. One bathroom has a shower while the second bathroom includes a tub and a shower stall.

Live the Gardens, Terraces and Panoramic Pool

Both vacation villa rentals are fully furnished with an elegant yet comfortable decor, using the colors of the countryside and several classical accents, for example the terracotta floors and wrought iron ornaments. The gardens are well maintained and there is a private space dedicated to each villa, as well as abundant garden furniture on the terraces and poolside.

Though extremely close, only minutes by car, to two bustling towns in the Casentino valley, the holiday accommodations provide a relaxing and quiet spot to enjoy the vacation and time with family and friends. The private heated swimming pool, which is shared only by the two vacation villas, provides ample space to catch some Tuscan sun and soak in the tranquil countryside atmosphere.

There is a common area where guests have access to a laundry room, including a washer and dryer. The grounds surrounding the villas provide many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors, including a play area dedicated to the little ones.
