Antica Posta B&B is a small, charming bed and breakfast in Florence in a strategic location right behind the SMN train station, which makes it easy to access the city center and is also easy to reach, both by car or foot or by tramway. In fact, it is right in front of the T2 Belfiore tram stop along the line that connects the airport to downtown Florence. If you arrive at the airport, you can very easily get to your accommodation and then continue to downtown Florence. If you arrive by car, there is private and public parking in the vicinity.

The B&B has 5 spacious and bright rooms on the first floor building, easy to reach with an elevator, with all rooms having double glass windows to ensure any street noise from below is blocked off. The rooms are furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with wrought iron beds (a few with canopy), solid wood furniture and terracotta floors. Each of the rooms has its own private bathroom, as well as air-conditioning, a minbar, a water kettle to prepare a tea or hot coffee, TV with digital channels, security box, desk and all the beds have new mattresses. You get the best sleep you can possibly get by also choosing your own pillows on arrival: the “pillow bar” offers firm and softer pillows and you get 2 so that you can determine height.
