Since 1955 and over three generations, the Vagnoni family has managed the farm and accommodations. The farm follows the principles of sustainability to produce quality organic products with both passion and respect for the environment. The farm extends over 42 hectares divided between vineyards and olive trees from which a delightful extra virgin olive oil and excellent wines are produced, including a Vernaccia of San Gimignano DOCG and a Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG. The estate produces many other wines, including a rosé and a vinsanto and several other quality red and white wines.
