Le Cannelle is an estate located within the Natural Park of the Maremma, with over 660 hectares of woods, olive groves and other agricultural plots. Located along one of the most wild stretches of the Silver Coast, the club is completely immersed in the atmosphere of the Natural Park with the sweet and calm rhythm of the waves of the Mediterranean.
The private beach is made of white pebbles and the crystalline waters are ideal for snorkeling and exploring the bottom of the sea. Peace and closed ends ensure the beach is quiet and wild, a real corner of paradise.
The cuisine of the Bioristorante Cannelle offers delicious dishes prepared with ingredients grown and prepared right on the estate and natural Park. The menu is set and based on what the season offers as main resources. Several of the accommodations offer the possibility to request for all meals to be included, where a daily picnic basket allows you to go off and explore the estate and park, whether at the beach or on the trail, and then return to have dinner at the estate's dining area.

There's a tower from the 1500s, rooms and apartments in old farmhouses, a villa overlooking the sea, wooden chalets and Montecristo rooms all surrounded by the natural landscape.
The APARTMENT designed in a welcoming eco-rustic decor it offers a gorgeous view over the grounds of the estate from the furnished portico.
The various wooden CHALETS, which host up to 6 people, are set amidst an aromatic fruit grove on the estate provided quiet and pleasing scents.
The MONTECRISTO ROOMS are refined rooms in the stone walled farmhouse with view over the well-cared for gardens.
The VILLA A MARE is a villa a short distance from the sea, with room for up to 3 guests, with breathtaking views of the sea and woods.
The PODERE CAPRARECCE from the 1600s was once a Benedictine monastery and today is a villa with 4 apartments. The sea is just a kilometer away and, around the property which is enclosed by old walls, the woods and fields ensure your nights are quiet and restorative. The apartments are comfortable, decorated in a rustic style with their own private outdoor space. All have TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine, barbecue, wood-burning oven are shared among the apartments.
The RIVOLTA TOWER is today a residence in an actual tower from the 15th century set atop a hill in the regional park. The stone tower's ground floor has a dining room and romantic fireplace, the first floor has a bedroom and bathroom, the second floor two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The last and top floor is the real gem: a panoramic living room looking on to the sea and park, a unique place for spending an evening enjoying the setting sun and then the starry skied views. While the tower is around 2 km from the sea, believe us it is worth the easy hike from here to the sea and enjoying all the trails the park offers. An experience fully surrounded by nature!
Activities
Besides exploring the regional park itself and the clear waters of the coast, Cannelle Club offers guided sailing tours to Giglio and Giannutri islands, leaving from the residence directly and going off to explore the small hidden bays that can only be accessed by the sea. If you love fishing, we strongly recommend booking a day fishing with Paolo: you'll get a chance to go fishing and then eating all the fresh fish you've caught, a truly special experience that mixes fishing with swimming in the wonderful sea close to the Argentario and in between Talamone.
Location
Set in the Uccellina Park, as the regional park of the Maremma is often called, the resort offers a relaxing vacation far away from any daily routine. Talamone, about 2 km away, features a long, windy beach and coastline, perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing as well as many small shops and the main services that you need while here. Beyond the estate, the wild nature of the Maremma region continues south to Orbetello and the Mount Argentario, a promontory of rare beauty connected to the continent by two thin strips of land. You'll have a hard choice deciding whether to spend all of your time on the property and park or whether to head off and explore the natural beauty of the Maremma region.
