The country farmhouse has been restored to house 4 B&B bedrooms, where guests will find comfortable and charming country styled rooms.  The rooms include two doubles,  one triple and one quad.  For those travelling with children or the family, there are self catering vacation apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a private terrace for outdoor meals and quality family time.

The structure is surrounded by more than 10 hectares of farmland, cultivated with olive groves, fruit trees, a well-tended vegetable garden which provides delicious ingredients for the restaurant and breakfast buffet as well as extensive fields of grain where hay is harvested for the animals. The agriturismo is surrounded by a lush green flora with colorful flowers and roses as well as several panoramic corners to truly appreciate the particular landscape of the Maremma.

During high season, half board is mandatory.  Surprises at the table will include new flavours, new recipes, and new friends. The owners Lorenzo and Barbara are masters at setting a rich table with local specialities and bringing together their guest in a familiar family at meal times.  As you sit down to enjoy each new creation you will be entertained with a bit of "story telling" giving you details about where this dish comes from, its history and the ingredients. You can also enjoy the on-site restaurant which specializes in using the traditional flavours provide by the land and the nearby farms to re-create a time culinary dishes.  Barbara and Lorenzo will gladly show you around the farm, you can visit the horses, the kittens and puppies...the perfect past time for the kids.

The Best Mix of Nature and History

The picturesque position above Marina Alberese where you can find 8km of sandy beaches in the Maremma is ideal for a holiday vacation of absolute relax. These beaches and more found along the coastline of Tuscany are part of the Nature park where you can see herds of the Chianina cows and horses that run the land.

Grosseto is close by, and with origins as far back as the 800’s this is an exciting and active Tuscan city to explore. Spend a day visiting the city, its Medicean Walls and Romanesque cathedral, with is white and black marble facade. It is also close to a fascinating Etruscan archeological park called Roselle where you can walk through a small town, amphitheater and imagine life thousands of years ago.

Being close to the sea doesn’t mean you won’t have a chance to do some wine tasting or visit one of the many famous Tuscan cities. Siena is a wonderful panoramic drive and you can take in the whole city and still be home in time for dinner. If you want to taste a bit of the culture then, the enchanting and historic cities of Montalcino and Buonconvento make for a fun day trip.
