Villa Piaggia, together with a few other holdings, forms the central part of Fattoria di Piaggia. The farm extends over 150 hectares, some of which are dedicated to vineyards and to olive groves from which the farm produces quality wine and extra-virgin olive oil.
The villa has a sitting room and main hall that is connected to the billiards room and to the library.
On the other side the large dining room, guests will find a hunting hall with a big fireplace, office, kitchen and a big bathroom.
The surroundings
The villa is located in Montaione, along the ancient Via Francigena. The villa is located just 15 minutes away from the well-known medieval town of San Gimignano. In less than an hours, guests can reach Florence, Pisa and Siena.
Near the farmhouse, guests will find a golf course and tennis court, in addition to the traditional Tuscan towns that dot the landscape and which should be visited, including Montaione and San Gimignano.
General conditions
The villa is rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Rates, which include daily cleanings and one change of linen a week, are available on request.
Upon request the villa staff can arrange the breakfast service and every sort of transfers and tours.
