The farmhouse was restructured following the original architectural base and respecting local territorial traditions. Local materials that have been used for centuries in the construction of homes were also used, to conserve the natural character of the farmhouse.
The farm's commercial activity is dedicated to the production of extra vergin olive oil, both of under the guidelines of the Crete Senesi IGP and DOP labels.

The farm is located just 30 km from Siena and just a few kilometers from Montalcino, San Quirico d' Orcia and the beautiful Valdorcia region.
