Podere Cunina is a beautiful farmhouse in Buonconvento, to the south of Siena in the area known as the Crete Senesi.
The farmhouse offers 7 independent apartments and a wonderful outdoor pool.

The farmhouse was restructured following the original architectural base and respecting local territorial traditions. Local materials that have been used for centuries in the construction of homes were also used, to conserve the natural character of the farmhouse.

The apartments each have their own outside chairs and tables in the garden and all enjoy a panoramic view on the surroundings: Montalcino, Monte Amiata and the Sienese countryside.

The farm's commercial activity is dedicated to the production of extra vergin olive oil, both of under the guidelines of the Crete Senesi IGP and DOP labels.
In the Crete Senesi, between Siena and the Valdorcia
Podere Cunina is located in Buonconvento in the evocative Crete Senesi found between Siena and the Valdorcia area. The farmhouse is located within a private natural park where small wild local fauna can often be spotted.
The crete senesi are a splendid hilly area, rich in clay (creta) to the southeast of Siena. The landscape with its striking colors is among the most photographed in Tuscany and Italy. The area is dotted with abbeys, small parish churches, thermal baths, caves and other ancient places that are wonderful places to visit and discover.
The farm is located just 30 km from Siena and just a few kilometers from Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia and all the most scenic towns of the Valdorcia region.
General conditions
The apartments can alsto be rented for just a weekend or for stays of less than a week.
Heating costs are in addition to the rental cost, to be calculated at the time of departure. Each apartment has a final cleaning charge of €50.
