The farmhouse is situated in a small hamlet inside of I Cerretelli rural farm, which also includes about 20 hectares of cultivated land with chestnut trees and olive trees.
The property has two beautiful parks, called the Park Il Colle and Park Cerretelli, where guests can enjoy pleasant walks as well as relax over a fun picnic.

A nature holiday away from the hustle

I Cerretelli offers six comfortable vacation apartments located on the first and second floor of the building.
The apartments are furnished with linens, dishes and everything you need to spend a nice holiday in the mountains of Lucca.
On the ground floor, guests find the common areas: the breakfast room, a terrace with spectacular views of the Alps, the laundry room and a small shop where guests can purchase the farm's genuine products.
The breakfast room with characteristic fireplace, magazines, facilities and games for children is a perfect place to meet and spend time relaxing.

Guests can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and admire the beautiful view over the Appenines and woods.

Exploring the villages and trails

The Agriturismo I Cerretelli is an ideal base for a holiday spent discovering the villages and trails of the mountains near Lucca as well as the famous Tuscan cities of art. There are several possible itineraries by car in the neighborhood, both through the beautiful medieval towns of the Garfagnana area as well as to the famous cities of Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
Nature and sport lovers can enjoy well marked hiking and mountain-bike trails among the wonderful mountains of Garfagnana and all of the northern Lucca area. Mountain-bikes for rent are available at the farm.

Barga, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy

The farmhouse is located in Tiglio Basso, close to Barga, an ancient medieval small town considered one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
In Barga, guests can enjoy walking along the ancient streets and visiting the small shops with local products. There are several restaurants where guests can enjoy the best of local and Tuscan dishes.
