The two junior suites, Azalea with it travertine floors and Girasole with is luminous yellow decor, are furnished with elegance and tasteful linens. Depending on the weather breakfast is served in the cosy breakfast room or on the sun filled terrace, surrounded by sweet smelling jasmine and olive trees. Below the B&B Taverna di Bibbiano is the super sized panoramic pool adorned with the colorful blooms of ginestra and roses. Furnished with umbrellas and lounge chairs, it is designed to be a quiet refuge after a day of travels, leave your stress behind and admire the fabulous vista over the medieval town of San Gimignano. There are ample secret corners where you can seek out some special private time to enjoy the tranquility, the colors and the perfumes of Tuscany. The roses in the gardens start blooming in late April & May and keep their lovely colors all the way into November.

The onsite restaurant features local specialities and fresh vegetables from the large garden on the estate. The farm produces wheat, sweet corn, sunflowers and oil, but it is particularly famous for its flower production and herbal plants destined to a drying process for gifts and recipes. Each menu carefully created to make the most of the fresh local flavours, including the primary product of the estate, lavender. Try their risotto alla lavanda or the tagliata steak with a Chianti wine reduction and the perfume of “lavanda”. Plan a cooking lesson, where you can learn how to make real homemade pasta and sauce and for the truly curious the chef has a cooking class that shows you how to use aromatic flowers in your recipes. The owner Marzia also organizes classes that show you how to make your own sachets from the dried flowers that can be used as party favors or souvenirs from Tuscany.
