A Welcome Familiarity

The owners of Porto Sole Elba Rooms are particularly pleased to share their home with others who are looking to experience the true sensations of their beloved Elba Island. They want to share not only the spectacular space that they have on the second floor of a “palazzo” in the historic city center of Portoferraio but also the very essence of what makes it so special. Each of the 4 double bedrooms are furnished to accent space, light and comfort with lots of closet space, room to move around and simply absorb the natural tranquility that the owners enjoy so much. Some rooms even have a balcony. The rooms all boast a sea view; the delicious blues and greens from the port below, mirroring colors of the sky.

The light neutral colors, the wood finished floors and the large windows all combine together perfectly to create the perfect vacation atmosphere. Each suite has its own full bath, flat screen TV in the room, private air conditioning, hair dryer in the bathrooms with complimentary soaps and internet access with free WiFi. Breakfast is not included, so the owners suggest that you breakfast at the local cafe, where you can pretty much name the hour you want to wake up: early with the sunrise at 6:30 am or sleep late and stroll in for a last call at noon. Enjoy the flavours of a typical Italian breakfast while lounging in the busy and familiar environment of a real Tuscan cafe. They do not take credit cards, so be sure to ask about payment methods at the time of reservation.

It’s easy to rent a motorbike or vesa and putter around the panoramic roads or arrange for a day of snorkeling or diving in the active waters in the Tyrrhenian sea.
