Giovanna Vacanze consists of three independent rental apartments and a private room with en suite bathroom, all decorated in a typical Tuscan style and fully furnished with all modern amenities including WI-FI. For the use of everyone is a panoramic pool and a huge garden equipped with bbq, tables and chairs for picnicking and sunbeds will give guests the chance to enjoy relaxing vacations in this Tuscan haven.

All have been recently retructured to upgrade you holiday experience.  They share a fenced panoramic garden with pool and bbq area for creating the perfect backdrop to for an unforgettable holiday. Casa Edera & Casa Girasole

Casa Edera and Casa Girasole are both located above the ground floor, these two apartments were once the home of the farmers who worked the land around the city walls.  They can be rented separately however upon request, they are perfect for friends and families travelling together since they are so close.

Casa Edera can accomodate up to three guests and has a living room with sofa and tv, a table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a stove, fridge and mini oven.  The style is a mix of classic Tuscan with splashes of color and original artwork.  There is a double bedroom where a single bed may be added on requests and a bathroom with shower. Just like the first apartment, Casa Girasole has a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a single bed and the bathroom. Since it is larger, it has also a second double bed located on a wooden loft in the living room.

The position, allows for enchanting views on the surrounding valleys.

Casa Simona & La Loggia Room

Casa Simona, is a smaller apartment perfect for two people: situated on the ground floor, it has an independent entrance with private garden and parking. There is one large room - besides the bathroom - which encompasses all the charm of this typical Tuscan holiday house: upon entry, you'll find the living room - with sofa, TV, tables and chairs - a fully equipped kitchenette and a double bed located on a wooden loft looking on to the living room. The vaulted red brick ceilings and complementary forniture complete the romantic picture of this small, but cozy and welcoming apartment.

Camera La Loggia is located, above Casa Simona and has a private entrance and a magnificent terrace for enjoying a glass of Tuscan wine or admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape. It can host two people and a baby bed may be added upon request. La Loggia and Casa Simona can also be comined for creating a larger accommodation unit. Guests of La Loggia may enjoy all the services of Casa Giovanna, included pool with solarium, garden with bbq area. This room comes with daily cleaning and towel changing.

A Pet Friendly Holiday House

Casa Giovanna welcomes all guests that desire to spend their vacation with their 4 legged friends, the garden offers a protected area where they can run around or relax together with their owners. Giovanna rental apartments offer a panoramic gorgeous garden with bbq area and a suggestive swimming pool nestled amidst nature with a solarium area fur sun-bathing and enjoying the breathtaking panorama.

Included in the price is private parking, use of the pool and the solarium area, wood for barbecue, final cleaning and all water, gas and electricity supplies, free wi-fi connection. At at short distance from the house you'll also find a delicious restaurant - recommended by the owners - that offers a special discounted price for the holiday house guests.

Owners live just in front of the house and are at guests' disposal for question or information as needed.

Located within easy distance from San Gimignano, Giovanna Vacanze offers a unique setting for exploring the best of Tuscany. Besides the quaint town of San Gimignano, with its medieval towers standing out against its skyline, Siena is located at a short distance as well. The city of the famous Palio has many sightseeings that you MUST visit, from the Piazza del Campo to the Cathedral and its tiny characteristic streets. Volterra, Monteriggioni, Pisa and Florence are easily reachable also (car is recommended).
