In the small hamlet of the resort, surrounded by the typical landscape of the Maremma, guests can find all the best facilities for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

The farmhouse has 16 comfortable apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and elegant double rooms, all furnished with taste and in every detail well thought out. Every apartments and rooms have their own private entrance and are equipped with top comforts, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The barbecue area, TV lounge, billiard room and panoramic terrace are just some of the welcoming common areas at the disposal of all the resorts guests.
The Resort also offers a large meeting room for business meetings and events which can accommodate up to 100 seated participants.

The nearby village of Braccagni, just 1 km from Guadalupe Resort, offers restaurants, bars and shops where guests can purchase all of the basic necessities.

Relax and sport: the pool and the golf practice green

The swimming pool with a whirlpool area, inserted in the well-kept garden is an ideal place in which to relax in and enjoy the typical landscape surrounding the resort. To take a break from the sun, guests can also rest within the shadow of the gazebo.
Inside the Resort a golf practice green has been set up, affiliated to the Italian Golf Federation, which offers both covered and uncovered areas.

A holiday between sea and culture

The Country Resort Guadalupe is located a few kilometers from some of the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany. Castiglione della Pescaia is only 17 km away and the exclusive Monte Argentario is less than 50 km away.
Those who prefer to spend a day between art and history can, for instance, reach Siena, which is little more than an hour drive or Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, less than 2 hours away from the Resort.
