The owner looked to create a revitalizing and modern environment for those coming to discover the delights of Tuscany, using a the distinctive Italian flair to combine the treasured with the innovative.  The crisp, cool atmosphere is softened with the dark wood floors, the warm gray tiles and a luminous arrangement. His idea was to create a relaxing holiday retreat for a couple, single friends or a small family so that they could easily visit many of the marvels of Tuscany while having a tranquil point of reference with a budget friendly price.

The vacation rental is fully air conditioned which makes for a comfortable sleeping environment in those warmer months and is central heated for the colder months.  The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, full refrigerator with freezer and a comfortable dining table for four persons. The bedroom, located on the second floor of the apartment, offers a double bed and a private bathroom with shower and bide. The is a dedicated living room with WiFi access and a sofa bed which is perfect for small children or friends traveling together who each want their own space and privacy for sleeping arrangements.
